  • Payments: Processed via PayPal (we do not store credit card or bank details).
  • Course Content: Animation files and work-in-progress uploaded by you.
  • Communication: Data shared during live video sessions (Zoom).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies for site functionality.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

  • Reviewing applications and selecting students for the courses.
  • Processing course and “Power Hour” bookings and payments.
  • Providing access to live feedback sessions, recordings, and materials.
  • Sending newsletters (only with your explicit consent).
  • Complying with tax and legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our services, we share necessary data with:

  • PayPal: For secure payment processing.
  • MailPoet: For newsletter delivery.
  • Zoom Video Communications: For conducting live 1-on-1 feedback sessions.
  • Hosting Provider: To store website data and files.

5. Live Sessions & Recordings

For the “2D-Animation Course” and the “Animation Power Hour,” live sessions are conducted via Zoom.

  • Recordings: With your consent, sessions are recorded and shared with you for educational purposes. These recordings are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.

6. Cookies & Fonts

  • Cookies: We use only essential cookies for site functionality and login.
  • Google Fonts: Used to ensure consistent typography. (Note: These are hosted locally to protect your IP address).

7. Your Rights

Application Data: If your application is successful, this data becomes part of your student record. If your application is not accepted, your data and portfolio links will be deleted within 6 months after the selection process is complete.
